Trained as a Psych NP, Jamie is a generalist with experience in treating a wide range of conditions.

“In my seven years of experience as a psychiatric nurse practitioner, I have learned the importance of developing strong therapeutic relationships with my clients.

I love the Lavender model of offering both medication management and therapy from the same provider. Evidence shows that therapy and medication together work better than medication alone. While I enjoy working with adults of all ages and diagnoses, I am passionate about working with moms and pregnant people who deal with mental health struggles during pregnancy and postpartum. I also treat Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD) and mood changes during perimenopause and menopause."
